Because all three of our Food Safety Programs produce Certification that meets the needs of today's diverse industry. Exams are offered in English, Spanish, and Chinese. At only $240.00 per person (depending on course) this is a reasonable investment in your employees and your operation and helps ensure your operation is compliant with government regulations. We also offer the instruction and exam proctoring of the National Restaurant Associations ManageFirst Program, and their ServSucess program, and in partnership with IFSEA and Global Foodservice Institute we offer teaching and proctoring of all their internationally recognized certification programs, CFA (certified foodservice associate), CFM (certified foodservice manager), and many others.
ServSafe Food Safety - Program
NRAEF's ServSafe Manager Program is an affordable assessment program that is accredited by both American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and Conference for Food Protection (CFP) and offers convenient, flexible options for test takers. It has been designed alongside recognized food experts to mirror real-life situations to help food industry professionals understand critical food safety principles and successfully apply their skills at work. It is:
Delivered in all fifty states
Covers both retail and restaurant environments
Offered as both paper and Internet-based tests
Aligned with leading training programs
While this certification is usually valid for 5 years, this may vary depending on your local health authority. Some states and local jurisdictions have their own additional requirements, such as registering your certificate with the local health department or paying an additional issuance fee. For more detailed information about becoming a certified food safety manager in your state, please refer to your local health authority.

ServSafe online testing requires a proctor. Here you get both the online exam and the proctor included. Whether we come to you or you come to us, the price is the same, within a 75 mile radius of our home office. If outside of our home office radius, we will still come to you for an additional mileage charge. This is only for ServSafe testing not a class.
